Should your dogs nails require cutting - Ben will provide this free of charge during the grooming!

Additional charges may be required for dogs with excessive matting, knots, etc.  If necessary any additional charges will be fully explained and finalised prior to grooming beginning.

If there is any part of the grooming/washing process that may cause anxiety in your dog, or if your dog is generally anxious, please let me know and together we can tailor a plan to make the process as pleasant as possible for your dog.
